News Release – March 18, 2011
                 Notice Concerning The Effect of the Earthquake (continued report)


Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation (IIF) and it’s asset management company,
Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc.’s employees deeply express condolence to all the victims from the
Tohoku region earthquake disaster.
We announced that we are gathering the information how much money is necessary to repair, as described
in the press release “Notice Concerning The Effect of the Earthquake (continued report)” on March 16,
2011. And we announce today the estimated amount for repairing on our properties, as outlined below.


1. Estimated amount for repairing on our entire portfolio
   External research agency has finished their survey and the estimated amount for repairing due to the
   earthquake was calculated.
   In 3 properties of 11 properties we have already owned before the earthquake (total acquisition price:
   96,900 million yen), the expense for repairing will be incurred. The estimated amount for repairing will
   be 17 million yen (approximately 0.02% of total acquisition price).
   Physical damages and operational status of each property are as follows.

            (continued report) dated March 16, 2011, partial damages on interior was reported by external research agency
            after that.
    (Note 2) IIF reported partial damages on the ditch of the outside, however IIF dose not own the ditch part, IIF only own
            the land.
    (Note 3) We do not scribe details because IIF only owns the land, but the facilities are now under operating as usual.

3. Effects on the forecast of our operating results
The transaction has slight impact on our operating results for the 8th Fiscal Period ended June 30, 2011, so
we do not revise the forecast of our operating results in the press release “IIF raises its Forecast for
Operating Results and Distribution for the 8th and 9th Fiscal Period” dated on February 21, 2011.
