Ginger Snaps
Ingredients:
¾ cups margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
¼ cup molasses
1 tbsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
Directions:
Cream together the margarine, sugar, egg, and molasses. In a separate bowl mix the ginger, cinnamon,
salt, baking soda, and flour. Combine both mixtures. Roll dough into small balls and lightly dip one side
in sugar. Place the balls on a cookie sheet and lightly press down with a fork. Cook at 350⁰F for 10-
12minutes.
