The Red Cliff Tribal Council is requesting a quotation on the item(s) specified below. Unless otherwised noted, only the
best quality materials as indicated by description are required or will be considered in awarding order. Submit your
qoutation on the ORIGINAL copy and mail or fax on or before: 12:00 PM, Monday, December 12, 2011. Generally, it
will be understood that award will be for the total value of all items, but the right is reserved to accept any item it
deems in the best interest of the Tribe. The Tribal Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids it
deems in the best interest of the Tribe.

Replace Courthouse Roofing Materials:
Alternate #1: Remove existing roofing materials - shingles, drip edge, vents, etc.
neccessary to recieve new materials. Supply and place new roofing materials to
include - 30LB. felt for entire roof surface; ice and water shield 6 feet up from eves
edge ; all flashing, sealants or weather shields for valleys and around skylights,
vents, etc.; new life-time warranty asphalt type or equivelant shingles. Work will be
in accordance will attached specification and industry standards. Dispose of all
refuse in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.

neccessary to recieve new materials. Supply and place new roofing materials to
include - 30LB. felt for entire roof surface; ice and water shield 6 feet up from eves

vents, etc.; new 26-gauge galvanized steel panels with prefinished flouropolymer
coating, color green. Work and materials will be in accordance with attached
specifications and industry standards. Dispose of all refuse in accordance with
applicable codes and regulations.
