In researching the effect of grapefruit on medications, I find only
reference to juice. It's a little confusing.
My wife suffers from CHF and takes a lot of medicine in addition to
       having a pacemaker.
For a while she has been eating half a large grapefruit every morning.
Somewhat coincidentally her condition seems to be worse, i.e. more
shortness of breath and tiredness. She doesn't accept suggestions very
well, and loves that grapefruit. I'm looking for a comment on whether
what she's eating can lower her BP excessively or not. The heart rate
stays exactly where the pacemeker is set − 60.

Whats her O2 levels?
