Note: 1. Students who have already passed in a subject cannot reappear for that subject.
2. Improvement can be done only in the passed papers of the immediately
preceding Semester.
3. There is no change in the Register Number of Candidates. So, They must write
the Register Number as in the previous grade sheet.
4. All particulars including spelling of name, Initials and /date of Birth should be
Correctly and legibly written as in +2 marksheets.
5. Candidates appearing for the examination shall indicate the CODE & TITLE of
All papers which they take.
6. The application will be rejected if it is late, incomplete or wrong particulars
furnished.
7. Private Candidate shall take Demand Draft in favour of “THE
PRINCIPAL,ERODE ARTS COLLEGE (AUTONOMOUS),ERODE-9”, in
any Nationalised Bank towards payment of Examination fees.
8. The applications should not accepted at any Circumstance, after the last Date.
9. Xerox copy of the Mark statement must be attached in all students ( Otherwise
the application will be rejected)
10. Candidates who admitted from academic year 1987 – 88 to 2006 – 2007 U.G. and
M.C.A.,,Candiates who admitted from academic year 1987 – 88 to 2007 – 08 all
other P.G. Candidate write their arrear papers in Equivalent subjects and Rs.500/-
as a special arrear fee.
