Use this writing frame to help with your work. Throughout this frame you will see the
colour codes used to identify how much to need to complete to attain Pass, Merit or
Distinction.

The headings have been added for you – type UNDERNEATH them, make sure you
complete your work in a size 12 font with no emphasis – keeping the font simple and
black would also be a good move. When you have completed a section DELETE the
text in italics, that was just there to help you know what to write.

Remember – this is a GCSE coursework unit and is worth 2/3 of a GCSE. As such
you should use good English. Fill in each section using sentences and paragraphs
and remember to use your spell checker to correct your spellings.

If you are to attain a distinction you not only need to complete the required sections
but make sure you are detailed and thorough in ALL sections.

If you are working towards a pass/merit you should remember to delete the sections
which you don’t complete.
