                                                               CURRENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Advertiser named above specifically authorizes and gives Currents Magazine permission to distribute the above specified literature. In the event it becomes necessary to place this Contract in the
hands of an Attorney for collection of suit, Advertiser agrees to pay an additional 40% of the balance due for Attorney or Collection Agency fees and must pay full rate card for their ad. All discounts are
void. By signing this document, the Advertiser agrees that this is a legal and binding agreement between both parties and all obligations will be fulfilled on the part of said Advertiser. This Contract will
also serve as a Personal Guarantee of the Signer. In the event the business entity cannot fulfill the terms of this Contract, Guarantor will be responsible for all debt incurred under this contract.

Once this Contract is signed, a space will be reserved and an ad will be printed for the above named client. Proofing and mistakes become the sole responsibility of the Advertiser and Currents is not
responsible for unapproved ads. Advertiser will also be responsible for all language, photos or other content contained in their advertisements or produced in conjunction with their business by Currents.
Position requests are not guaranteed. Proofs are prepared in accordance with Advertiser’s original instructions. Proofs are for minor changes/corrections only. Two proof maximum per advertisement.
Proofs will not be provided for camera-ready advertisements, unless specifically requested.
