Junior Divisions.
Under 11s Match Arrangements.
A All points must be played for
B Teams will not be allowed to forfeit points
C All non fulfilled fixtures will be reported to the League Executive.
D All non returned, incomplete, or late result sheets will receive an imposed fine
E All matches will be played as indicated, and on the date appointed in the League handbook,
except in exceptional circumstances, whereby permission has been sought and granted
[Sports/Carnival Days]
F Umpiring of matches should be done so by an adult
G All junior players must be registered with the, prior to the first match of the season.
H Players transferring from one club to another, must complete a transfer request form. This
document must be lodged with the Junior Coordinator five days before the player can take
the field for his/her new club
I At the conclusion of each fixture, the opposing captains must complete the ‘Man of the
Match section as indicated on the return sheet
J It is a League requirement that all junior teams will be accompanied by a ‘’responsible adult’’
K The wicket keeper shall wear a helmet or ECB approved face mask at all times irrespective
of whether he/she is standing up to the stumps
L The pitch will measure 20yds
M Result sheets must be returned without delay to the appointed person within 72hrs
N In the event of a points tie for the League Championship, it will be shared.
O Should a club register two teams in the same age group, each player must be registered to
one team, and will not be permitted to play for the other during the season, except in
outside cup competitions where one team will be the sole representative of that club
Under 11s Rules
1 To be eligible to participate in Under 11s cricket, a player must be under 11yrs on Sept 1st of
the previous year. In the case of female players under 13yrs on Sept 1st of the previous
year
2 It is a League requirement, that all clubs must ensure a parental consent form is completed
for all of it’s Junior players
3 Should a no ball/wide be bowled this will be recorded as 2 runs, however an additional ball
will not be bowled, unless, it is the last over of the match, then the following rule will apply;
No ball/wide called, 1 run scored and an additional ball to be bowled
4 Matches will be of 20 overs duration, played on Sunday mornings commencing at 9.00 am.
5 4 bowlers may bowl a maximum of 3 overs
6 4 bowlers to bowl 2 overs
7 The nominated wicket keeper cannot bowl
8 An Under 11 batter scoring 20 runs shall retire, however, he/she may return at the completion
of the innings, but only in their original batting order
9 ECB Fielding and Bowling regulations will apply
10 For issues that are not covered by the above, please refer to the League Handbook which
will come into effect.

1pt for drawn/abandoned match
