Terms of Service and Policies
TERMS OF SERVICE:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to limit the number and dollar
amount of slot tickets cashed per day and 7 day period.
Las Vegas Ticket Cashing must receive the slot ticket 10 days before the Ticket Void expiration date. Ticket
expiration is printed on the bottom of ticket voucher. No refund will be honored if ticket is expired. Las
Vegas Ticket Cashing will make every attempt to cash in the slot ticket; for any reason is unable to do so we
reserve the right to refund cash.
Fraudulent Activities
Altering slot tickets in any way is against the law. Las Vegas Ticket Cashing does not knowingly collect or act
on behalf of individuals who submit fraudulent slot tickets. Violations of such fraudulent activities will be
reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
Reporting Taxes
Gambling winnings are fully taxable and must be reported on your tax return. Las Vegas Ticket Cashing is
not responsible for reporting gambling winnings of individuals. For more information on reporting gambeling
winnings contact the Internal Revenue Service.
SHARING OF INFORMATION:
We may share your personal information as we deem appropriate. Your personal information may also be
disclosed if necessary to: (1) enforce our Web Site Agreement; (2) protect and defend the rights of the
Company; (3) comply with a court order or other legal process or other legal requirements of any
governmental authorities, including but not limited to, authorities which regulate gaming activities; or (4)
to, in the sole discretion of the Company, in exceptional circumstances, such as a national emergency,
security concern, or other situation in which, the Company deems such disclosure is prudent.
AGE POLICY:
Pursuant to law, persons under the age of twenty-one (21) are not permitted to gamble in Nevada.
Similarly, our site is not intended for persons under the age of twenty-one (21). In accordance with the
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, persons younger than 21 years of age are not allowed to use our
site and/or our services, and we do not knowingly collect information from such persons.
Las Vegas Ticket Cashing does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Children are not permitted to use the site or services, and Las Vegas Ticket Cashing requests that children
under the age of 13 not submit any personal information to the site. Since information regarding children
under the age of 13 is not collected, Las Vegas Ticket Cashing does not knowingly distribute personal
information regarding children under the age of 13.
CHANGES TO POLICY:
We reserve the right to modify or change this Terms of Service and Policy at any time, simply by posting
such changes on the site. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon
