Peel and finely chop the onion. Combine it in a large bowl with the celery; add the cooled potatoes. 4. To Make The Dressing: Mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar or juice and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. For a thinner dressing, add a little more vinegar or juice. Pour the dressing over the potato and gently toss to combine, making sure the potato pieces do not break up. Gargle with salt water at first sign of a sore throat
