Solicitation of Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued for RTEC/KPTA vehicle bids. An adequate number of bids will be
solicited from potential bidders. Vehicle bids will be advertised and bids will be mailed out or downloaded from the
KPTA web site by individual vendors for KPTA vehicle bids. With Bid #4 pricing and with a 10% increase for fair
market value increase, our cost estimate follows.
