far from your memory and form your time table.


When you started this process you will get some difficulties to lose those habits but don't allow your food or
habits which are raising diseases issues in future. Take your food three times a day which is morning,
afternoon and evening.
This method looks simple but it is easy method to watch your eating habit which is dangerous for you
health.
