pulsating world rhythms! This celebration of life through movement, music, and
song is an exhilarating, high-energy class.

Using a form of Middle Eastern dance focusing on the movements of the hips
and abs, you will learn how to put together your own routine and develop your
own style, all while improving muscle tone and flexibility, gaining body
awareness and self-confidence, and getting a wonderful workout!

Enjoy the harmonizing benefits of yoga through this practice of gentle stretching
and strengthening, breathwork, relaxation and meditation.

Developed at the Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA, this form of yoga integrates
ancient and contemporary teachings in a well-rounded, unforced style, with an
emphasis on deep, even breathing.
