Dear Mr. Chaiet,
I have severe Ascites and subsequently a lot of fluid in my body.
At this moment, the doctors are trying to take all the fluid out of my body, which is unconfortable and painful.
Apart from several other medical conditions,I do have a left inguinal hernia which I need to operate.
Do lot let outside looks of a person induce in error,as many people look shiny like a glove on the outside
I am sure that you would not very much enjoy if you see what we have inside of us.
I will send you a medical note as requested.

Best Regards
Traian Bujduveanu

I am sorry to hear that.

Jtieissue is as I really do not want to postpone this deposition further.

You appeared to be in good health last week at mediation.

I want to depose you and file a motion for summary judgment. I need your testimony for the motion.

Subject: Deposition tomorrow

Sir

Absent a doctor's letter explaining why you cannot attend tomorrow's deposition which I will need to review, I intend to
proceed forward.

We previously cancelled the deposition at your request.

You were well enough to attend mediation.

If you fail to appear tomorrow, I will obtain a certificate of non appearance and take any other appropriate action.

I need to hear back from you before 4pm as I have a court reporter and other people to update.

Thank you

Dear Mr. Chaiet,
Thank you again for your email.
Please be kind and understand that I wish to be as helpful as possible.
However I cannot attend your deposition set by you, due to the inconvenience ofbeing very sick.
We need to reschedule the deposition during atime that I will be in good health and I have a clear mind, as
stress can cause my mind to go completely blank, or even to misremember things which could damage your
—use. "—

Once agai<I believe the logic thing here will be to schedule the deposition after the Court^wTTTanSwer^n
pending motions, and also aftermy surgery.
Best Regards
