AISLE CARPET
Aisle carpet for FDIC 2011 will be black and tan tuxedo tweed.
BREDE EXPOSITION SERVICES
Brede Exposition Services will be the general contractor for FDIC 2011. A Brede Service desk will be
located in the Indiana Convention Center, back of Hall K. Move-in/move-out will be handled by Brede.
Please see their section in this manual for all move-in/move-out information and forms.
CARPETING
Carpet is required for all booths in Lucas Oil Stadium and ICC Exhibit Halls. Carpeting must cover your
entire exhibition booth area (even under apparatus) and bump up to the aisle carpet, where possible.
Please order carpet from the Brede section of this manual, or on-site by visiting the Brede Service Desk.
You may choose to bring in your own carpet; however, material handling fees will also apply to carpet. As
a reminder: All booths must be carpeted entirely. Carpet prices from Brede are all inclusive, meaning
labor is included. Any carpet brought in by exhibitor or an EAC will be charged drayage and/or labor fees if
applicable, as well as an EAC processing fee.
Any exhibitor with apparatus must have carpet or flooring shipped in advance to the warehouse by March
4, 2011 or order through Brede.
All ICC booths with apparatus must have carpet laid by Monday at 12pm. LOS Stadium booths with
apparatus must have carpet laid by Saturday at 4pm. If you do not have carpet laid by this time, it will be
forced and the exhibitor will be responsible for all charges. If you have questions regarding carpeting,
please contact Brede.

EXHIBITOR LOUNGE
The Exhibitor Lounge is located on the Lucas Oil Stadium exhibit floor, booth number 9000, Rebooking for
the 2012 event as well as other PennWell Fire events will take place here. Refreshments will also be
available for exhibitors. Please come by and see us.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
If you did not receive your exhibitor badge prior to the show, please proceed to exhibitor registration
located in the main registration areas of the ICC and LOS. If you arrive after exhibitor registration is
closed, please proceed to the dock area to check in and receive a wristband. Exhibitor registration will be
open the following hours:

HALLWAY EXHIBITS
Hallway Exhibits have the same hours as all other booths. To prevent early openings, pipe and drape will
be placed in front of the hallway exhibit areas until show opening. Thank you for your cooperation and
support of regular show hours.
MARSHALLING YARD
The Marshalling Yard for apparatus and POV only will be at the Lucas Oil Stadium lot. Truck washing will
be available. Exhibit booth and over the road will be staged same location for 2010, located at 602 W Ray
Street
OUTSIDE DEMO AREA
Outside Demo Areas will be available at the Indiana Convention Center. Exhibits in the Outside demo area
other than those backed up to a dock will not have electricity, gas or water. If you need electricity, you will
need to arrange for a generator for your exhibits.
POV MOVE-IN
POV’s can move in on the ramps in back of the loading dock area. There is no move-in from the ramp
on Capitol. There is no move-in from the street. All POV’s must check-in at the marshalling yard at
Lucas Oil Stadium. Refer to the Brede section for directions.
TRUCK WASHING & DEFUELING/ WATER TANKS
We will be offering truck washing again this year in the staging lot. We will NOT be offering de-fueling this
year so please prepare accordingly and have your apparatus gas tanks below ¼ tank before you move
them onto the show floor.
Please make sure you empty your water tanks before entering the staging lot.
