Im Bereich der Zielgruppe Erstausbildung (IVT) sind die Kapazitäten der
vorhandenen Pool-Projekte noch gering, Projektanträge die dieser
Zielgruppe zugeordnet sind erhalten daher Zusatzpunkte.
Pool-Projekte müssen folgende Kriterien erfüllen:

     o Vorbereitung wahlweise
              o Individuelle Kursteilnahme oder
              o Angeboten durch das Partnernetzwerk
     o Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards für Pool-Projekte (s. Website der
          NA-BIBB)
Die individuelle Mobilität verursacht einen erhöhten Aufwand in der
Vorbereitung und Vermittlung der Teilnehmer/-innen.
4.        Projektdurchführung im ersten Jahr, 5 Punkte
Ziel der Ausschreibung ist es, möglichst viele Projekte ein Jahr nach
Förderbeginn abzuschließen, so dass nicht genutzte Mittel im 2. Förderjahr
neu vergeben und so möglichst viele Personen gefördert werden können.
Gegenstand der Priorität sind alle Projekte, deren Auslandsaufenthalte bis
zum 31.05.2012 abgeschlossen sind. Eine Verschiebung der
Auslandsaufenthalte über dieses Datum hinaus ist im Rahmen dieser
Priorität nicht möglich.
5.        Neue Antragsteller, 10 Punkte
Ziel der Ausschreibung ist es neue Antragsteller zu gewinnen und ihnen bei

        Comments: Point 1 of eligibility criteria takes into account the volume
        of participants' potential target of the ministries of Education and
        Training, of Employment, of Industry…, the complexity of the different
        directorate generals and the large scope of responsibilities of these
        institutions. In case of equal global score, proposals with better E.
        quality score are considered first.

         In point 3 of National eligibility criteria, for example, the number of
         pupils in VET of a VET school will be compared with the number of
         IVT mobilities requested, or the number of teachers with the number
         of VETPRO requested. Private companies specialised will not be al-

         pants under training, or VET teachers, in third institutions, or for peo-
         ple in the labour market without a direct training relationship with the
         applicant.

                 Comments: The points of priorities cannot be added in case of LdV mobility
                 programme. Applicants can mark several priorities but they can get points
                 only for once.
