					       Wimbledon Lunch Party                                         17th April 2011

                                      Event Format

Arrival & Parking         Parking will be available in Car Park 3 on Somerset Road. Entry
                          to the Grounds will be via Gate 16, opposite Car Park 3

10.45-11am Registration   Meet your guests in the Terrace Restaurant before setting off
                          for a Museum or Centre Court Tour. (Groups of no more than
                          40 will be guided to different start points to avoid congestion)

11.00am-1pm Tours         Each tour will last for about 1 hour

                          The Wimbledon Museum is the world’s finest tennis museum and was the
                          winner of Visit London Gold Award. Highlights include the Championship
                          trophies, a 200 degree cinema screen, and a wonderful walk through the
                          old 1980s dressing room with John McEnroe’s ‘ghost’. You may also want
                          to make time to visit the new CentreCourt360 viewing platform with its
                          interactive facilities

                          The Wimbledon Tour, conducted by knowledgeable Blue
                          Badge Guides, begins with how The Championships started
                          and with a glimpse into No.1 Court. Moving down from the
                          famous ‘Henman Hill’, it then moves past The Broadcast Centre to
                          The Millenium Building which houses the competitor, media and member
                          facilities and other ‘back of house’ areas not accessible during The
                          Championships. It finishes at the world’s most iconic tennis court, Centre
                          Court, with its new retractable roof

1.00pm – 2.30pm Lunch      The Terrace Restaurant in Centre Court is reserved forDebenture holders
                          during The Championships. It overlooks the Wimbledon Park Golf Course
                          and has views towards Central London.
                          The buffet lunch will be prepared by the Championships caterers, FMC.
                          The menu will include a salad bowl, hot dishes and dessert. Wine and soft
                          drinks will be available for purchase

                          Lunch will be attended by former Davis Cupper and TV presenter
                          Andrew Castle, who will give a short talk on the work of Tennis First and
                          share some anecdotes of his experiences as a developing world class
                          player
