(C) CURRENT PROJECT STATUS:
       February 1, 2008-This project is complete.
       January 7, 2008-The test and balance was completed during winter break.
        Commissioning of the units will take place over the next two weeks.
       November 9, 2007-Factory start-up was complete on November 7, 2007.
        Maintenance was present during start-up.
       October 5, 2007-The fresh air units were successfully set on the roof on September
        22, 2007. The connection of these units is in progress. The test and balance for the
        fresh air units will be complete over Thanksgiving break. The reroute of the
        condensate drain lines for the second floor was completed on September 22, 2007.
        The initial indication for this reroute is positive. Options to reroute the first floor are
        being considered.

         September 21, 2007-The fresh air units will be set on the roof on September 22, 2007.
          Rerouting of the condensate drain lines to achieve proper slope will begin on
          September 21, 2007 and will complete on September 22, 2007.
         September 12, 2007-The project is 82% complete. Interior punch list items are
          underway. The condensate piping and drain pans are installed and are being tested.
          The additional fresh air a/c units will be installed on the roof on a weekend.
         August 31, 2007-The project is 80% complete. Punchlist items are complete for
          school opening. However, we still have after hours work to complete all interior
          work 100%. The condensate piping and drain pans are installed. The a/c units will
          be installed on the roof in the fall, and the school will not experience air problems
          before then, as this is additional fresh air. Work involves new a/c, water piping,
          exhaust fans, shop classroom a/c and exhaust hood, kitchen vents, and a/c balancing
          from band hall to locker rooms, and some new ceiling tile.
         August 24, 2007-The project is 75% complete. Punchlist items are complete for
          school opening. However, we still have after hours work to complete all interior
          work 100%. The contractor, engineer and custodians have coordinated cleanup areas.
          The piping and drain pans are installed. The a/c units will be installed on the roof in
          the fall, and the school will not experience air problems before then, as this is
          additional air. Work involves new a/c, water piping, exhaust fans, shop classroom a/c
          and exhaust hood, kitchen vents, and a/c balancing from band hall to locker rooms,
          and some new ceiling tile.
         August 17, 2007-The project is 70% complete. The contractor, engineer and
          custodians have coordinated cleanup areas. The piping and drain pans are installed.
          The a/c units will be installed on the roof in the fall, and the school will not
          experience air problems before then, as this is additional air. Work involves new a/c,
          water piping, exhaust fans, shop classroom a/c and exhaust hood, kitchen vents, and

         August 10, 2007-The project is 65% complete. The ceilings are being replaced by
          August 10, 2007 and the contractor, engineer and custodians have coordinated
          cleanup areas. The piping and drain pans are installed. The a/c units will be installed
          on the roof in the fall, and the school will not experience air problems before then, as
          this is additional air. Work involves new a/c, water piping, exhaust fans, shop
          classroom a/c and exhaust hood, kitchen vents, and a/c balancing from band hall to
          locker rooms, and some new ceiling tile.
         August 2, 2007-The project is 60% complete. Contractors removed 5 a/c attic units
          and the ceilings are being replaced this week. The piping and drain pans are installed.

          ceilings in those areas, and piping and drain pans are starting to be installed. They

    piping, exhaust fans, shop classroom a/c and exhaust hood, kitchen vents, and a/c
    balancing from band hall to locker rooms, and some new ceiling tile.
   July 12, 2007-The project is 28% complete. Contractors removed 5 a/c attic units and
    ceilings in those areas, and piping and drain pans are starting to be installed. They
    will start in the administration first, working in zones. Work involves new a/c, water
    piping, exhaust fans, shop classroom a/c and exhaust hood, kitchen vents, and a/c
    balancing from band hall to locker rooms, and some new ceiling tile.
   June 21, 2007-Two attic units have been removed.
   June 14, 2007-Contractors removed ceilings and 5 a/c units in the attic, and piping
    and drain pans are starting to be installed. They will start in the administration first,
    working in zones. Work involves new a/c, water piping, exhaust fans, shop
    classroom a/c and exhaust hood, kitchen vents, and a/c balancing from band hall to
    locker rooms, and some new ceiling tile.
   June 7, 2007-Contractors are on site and have removed ceiling tiles, and purchased
    piping and drain pans. They will start in the administration first, working in zones.

   May 25, 2007-The project was in budget, received board approval May 17, 2007 and
    a preconstruction meeting occurred May 21, 2007 with the school. Work involves
    new a/c, water piping, exhaust fans, shop classroom a/c and exhaust hood, kitchen
    vents, and a/c balancing from band hall to locker rooms, and some new ceiling tile.
   May 18, 2007-The project is in budget and we are anticipating a preconstruction
    meeting the week of May 21, 2007, after May 17, 2007 board approval. Work
    involves new a/c, water piping, exhaust fans, shop classroom a/c and exhaust hood,
    kitchen vents, and a/c balancing from band hall to locker rooms, and some new
    ceiling tile.
   May 11, 2007-The project is in budget and is being sent for board approval. Work
    involves new a/c, water piping, exhaust fans, shop classroom a/c and exhaust hood,
    kitchen vents, and a/c balancing from band hall to locker rooms, and some new
    ceiling tile.
   May 4, 2007-Work involves new a/c, water piping, exhaust fans, shop classroom a/c
