Geep was a highly regarded and prominent principal at Booz Allen Hamilton. His ever-present smile and

winning nature made him beloved by Generals and young children alike. On September 11, 2001, Geep

was briefing General Timothy J. Maude on Army personnel initiatives prior to a conference that they

were to lead that day. That morning he reminded his wife Kris of her birthday dinner planned for that

evening, sent flowers to her office and headed to work at the Pentagon.

In response to this horrible tragedy, his family has established The Gerald P. Fisher Foundation, Inc. to

pursue the educational and charitable endeavors to which Geep had devoted his life and would have

continued had he not been killed September 11, 2001.







Col. Ronald F. Golinski (retired)

Date of Birth: 9/30/41 (Age: 59)

Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather

Resident of the State of Maryland



Ron had served 36 years in the Army obtaining the rank of Full Colonel. His wife and six daughters

revered and loved him. Even after retirement, he was drawn back to serve his country as Military

Personnel Management Specialist for the U.S. Army, stationed at the Pentagon. On the morning of

September 11, 2001, as every morning, his wife Irene awoke at 4:45 a.m. in order to make him breakfast.

They shared stories, a kiss and he left for work. After the World Trade Center crashes, Irene called Ron at

his desk begging him to come home. Ever at his post, Ron was still speaking with Irene at 9:37 a.m. when

the phone went dead. Three minutes later the networks were reporting an explosion at the Pentagon.

In response to this horrible tragedy, his family has established The Ronald F. Golinski Foundation, Inc. to

pursue the educational and charitable endeavors to which Ron had devoted his life and would have

continued had he not been killed September 11, 2001.

Angela M. Houtz

Date of Birth: 9/6/74 (Age: 27)

Loving Daughter, Sister and Granddaughter

Resident of the State of Maryland



Angie was completing the U.S. Naval Intelligence Investigation of the USS Cole disaster when she was

called back to the Pentagon to resume supervisory responsibilities. As a Naval Intelligence Specialist, her

duty was to gather daily intelligence information from around the globe and present it to the Admirals for

policy implementation. It was a position of enormous responsibility and one that she performed

exceedingly well. She was very proud of her quick rise through the government ranks and was by all

accounts a shooting star in the complex firmament of military intelligence. Angie had taped a note to her

vanity mirror that she saw each morning before heading to work: it read “I am carrying on a great project

and cannot go down. Nehemiah 6:3”

In response to this horrible tragedy, her family has established The Angela M. Houtz Foundation, Inc. to

pursue the educational and charitable endeavors to which Angie had devoted her life and would have

continued had she not been killed September 11, 2001.





Ernest M. Willcher, Esq

Date of Birth: 10/23/38 (Age: 62)

Loving Husband and Father

Resident of the State of Maryland



Ernie was employed with Booz Allen Hamilton and proudly served his county with distinction. For 37

years, after serving in the U.S. Army, Ernie served the military as a civilian, ultimately becoming Senior

General Counsel to the U.S. Army, based in the Pentagon. Ernie was passionately devoted to his wife,

Shirley and sons, Benjamin and Joel. On the morning of September 11, 2001, he kissed Shirley goodbye

before heading to a briefing with General Maude and Geep Fisher.

pursue the educational and charitable endeavors to which Ernie had devoted his life and would have

continued had he not been killed September 11, 2001.

Sigrid Wiswe

Date of Birth: 10/29/59 (Age: 41)

Loving Daughter, Sister, Aunt and Granddaughter

Resident of the State of New York



Sigrid was devoted to her family and her work. As a Travel Manager at American Express Corporation,

she was responsible for all travel operations on the Marsh & McLennan account. Approximately 39

employees reported through Team Leaders to Sigrid. She loved living in New York and was forever

fascinated with working on the 94th floor of 1 World Trade Center. Sigrid had spoken with her mother the

night before her death, reassuring her how wonderful and safe it was to live in New York.

pursue the educational and charitable endeavors to which Sigrid devoted her life and would have

continued had she not been killed September 11, 2001.
