Thermador ranges, cooktops, ovens and dishwashers
invade TD Banknorth Garden, Toyota Center and Quicken Loans Arena
HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (Jan. 25, 2011) — Luxury kitchen-appliance brand Thermador
(http://www.thermador.com) is taking its line of cooking, cleaning, refrigeration and ventilation
appliances on the road this spring as part of a nationwide tour benefiting builders, designers,
remodelers and U.S. soldiers returning from duty abroad.
The Pro Expo™ presented by Pella 2011 is a 30-city tour — which starts today in
Denver — designed to bring together the most prestigious building and home brands like
Thermador with those in the design, building and remodeling industries looking to build their
businesses, earn continuing education credits and learn about the latest products and services.
Kicking off at the University of Denver’s Magness Arena, the tour visits a new city every
Tuesday and Thursday through May 19, 2011.
Thermador, a featured participant of last year’s Pro Expo, is returning for an encore
performance in 2011. This year, in addition to featuring behind-the-scenes photos and
information from tour stops in its ongoing Facebook and Twitter efforts, Thermador will spotlight
its 2011 Pro Expo involvement on its new blog targeting builders, designers and architects.
Event organizers have partnered with Homes for Our Troops, a nonprofit organization
committed to helping soldiers who have returned from duty with serious disabilities and injuries.
Donated money will help build specially adapted homes that empower the veterans to live more
independently. Another highlight of the four-month itinerary are stops at some of the country’s
most famous sports venues, including TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, Toyota Center in
Houston, Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland and United Center in Chicago.

Thermador Goes On the Road as Part of The Pro Expo presented by Pella

As one of more than 20 brands on display, and the only luxury kitchen-appliance
manufacturer participating in the tour, Thermador will be displaying numerous products,
including a 30-inch Professional® Series Single Oven, 36-inch Professional Series Freedom®
French Door Refrigerator, an 18-inch Freedom Collection Wine Column, the 24-inch
Professional Series Emerald and top-of-the-line Sapphire dishwashers, and the recently
introduced Masterpiece® Series Steam & Convection Oven.
Other leading brands participating in the tour include Kohler®, James Hardie®, Schluter
Systems®, AZEK, DuPont® and Contractors.com, which will join the event presented by Pella®
Windows and Doors to showcase products, services and the latest building practices. Since the
majority of stops are in basketball arenas, Pella is introducing a ―Go for it!‖ theme this year,
which will be brought to life through basketball imagery and motivating leadership quotes.
Training and educational credits will be offered in partnership with the National
Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI®), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)
