GUIDELINE OF HOW TO MAKE THE FINAL EXAM TIMETABLE



1. first we put in the Unisel's compulsory subject. Those wt Z & MPW code. Both will be the same in BJ & Shah Al



* before u attempt to do the second step please make sure u do not clash it wt the first schedule



2. second we put in service subject that is taken by both BJ & SA students. Also put on the same date & time. It i



If the paper could be differentiated that it can be done on a different date & time.



* before u attempt to do the third step please make sure u do not clash it wt the first & second schedule



3. third we put other service subject to other faculty which is in only one faculty. The service subject could be tak



Put them together. Differentiate it by LECTURER INVIGILATING if necessary



* before u attempt to do the fourth step please make sure u do not clash it wt the first, second & third schedu



4. now only can u set ur own faculty subject for ur own faculty students & make sure they r not clash wt step 1, 2



be aware of the possibility of students' subject clashes. Pls make a meeting among the head of programs befor



5. if clashes cant be avoided pls advice the student to fill in the quarantine form - condition apply.



6. it is normal to have consecutive (back-to-back) exam paper for certain students (if coordinator could not be help



7. for subject which has many LECTURER INVIGILATINGs - pls indicate the number of students for each LECTURE



- pls be sure & exact! Do not exaggerate the no of students u have - do cross check wt the system



8. the number of students u put in the schedule must be the same with what we have in the system & accordance



- we will honour the number of students in the system if number given does not tally



9. if there is a subject for exam in both Shah Alam & Bestari Jaya - pls make sure that the date & time for the exam



10. be aware when u type the subject code because there is a space in between the code - follow that format - fill



- when u use abbreviation pls do not use '.' (dot) after the abbreviation. We need to save space - same goes fo



11. make sure that the code is the latest code & is the same as in the Bestari System



12. indicate the title of each person (in English) ie. Prof / Dato' / Mr / Mdm / Ms (no dot) & if the person is an outs

13. when you finished drafting faculty's timetable pls put it up on students' faculty notice board - get feedback on



14. after adjusting faculty draf timetable pls submit the schedule to Exam Unit - no more changes accepted



15. pls differentiate by color all the columns for your faculty's schedule - refer color code at the end of this timetab



16. if possible question papers for faculty servis subject are to be differentiated (not the same question) from each



17. do not exceed 500 students from your faculty for each exam session when drafting the timetable. Please distr



18. pls draf service subject on the first week of exam because they have to key in earlier than other faculty subjec



19. pls put (sc) after the name of person if the person appointed as Secretariat Examination (cannot invigilate)

1. exam papers are to be taken by the chief invigilator @ respective lecturer from the secretariat room



2. the respective lecturer is the invigilator for his/her own students



3. if the students are too many to invigilate than the AR from that faculty must provide adequate invigilator



4. if the students are of service subjects than the AR from the service subject must coordinate with the AR from th



5. if the lecturer has 2 papers running on the same time, he or she has to inform faculty AR & ask for a replaceme



6. lecturers must provide their own list of students attendance which is based from the system (AR of each faculty



7. Faculty AR pls do not forget to LECTURER INVIGILATING the students everytime you do add/drop



8. pls refer to the sample as a guideline of inserting the data (colours of faculty, font, font size, upper case, lower



9. pls refer to the capacity for the venue (per session) expecially for Shah Alam Campus (limited capacity)
