   "SWIFT 911" EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM
   In the Township’s continuing effort to keep our residents informed, we have implemented
   "Swift911" from Swiftreach Networks Inc.
   Swift911 is a high speed notification program with the capability of delivering pre-recorded
   messages to the entire community via telephone, cell phone, email and text messaging. This
   new system is more reliable and flexible than our previous notification system, and more depart-
   ments will have access to it, including:

   •  the Tax Department, for property tax notifications;
   •  the Water Department, for water maintenance and outage notifications;
   • Engineering, for messages about road construction on Township roadways; and
   • the Police Department will continue to utilize it for emergencies.
   The Swift911 system uses a publicly available list of phone numbers for both residents and
   businesses.
   Please note that some phone numbers are not in the system. Residents and businesses can add
   or remove their phone numbers from the system online by visiting www.livingstonnj.org and
   clicking on the Swift911. They can also add cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
   For individuals who do not have Internet access a form can be obtained at the Town Hall and
   Police Headquarters.

         For more information, call the Recreation Office at 973-535-7925 or visit the Township website, www.livingstonnj.org.

Yoga is a system of stretching postures which tone and align the body and help the body absorb the effects of stress to balance
and rejuvenate the body and calm the mind. Participants should dress in comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat to each
class and a yoga brick(s) if needed. Yoga belts are available if needed.
Level 1 This class is for beginners and people interested in a more gentle class. Emphasis will be on stretching, alignment
               and relaxation.
Level 1 & 2 This class is for fit beginners and people interested in an active yoga class. Emphasis will be on
            stretching, strengthening, toning and relaxation.
Chair Yoga This class is designed for Senior Adults, ages 55 and over. A relaxing way to energize, stretch and strengthen your
           mind and body. We use chairs to eliminate sitting on the floor, for stabilization and deepening stretches. The class
           consists of chi qong exercises, breathing exercises, sitting and standing yoga postures, tai chi and a guided
           relaxation. Our goal is to increase energy, strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation.
