Savory Pie - for All Mold
4 tbsp butter
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups peas, carrots, and celery mix
2 cups cooked diced meat (chicken, beef, lamb, etc)
1 1/2 cups seasoned gravy thinned with chicken stock
4 frozen pie crust sheets or 2 pie crust recipes
1 egg, lightly beaten
Makes 4-5 Petite Pies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sauté onion in butter until translucent. Add in vegetables and sauté to desired tenderness. Add
meat and gravy and sauté for another 10 minutes.
Unroll pie crusts and cut two crusts with rims of both mold halves. Arrange dough inside mold;
make certain dough is stretched past edge of mold. Fill inner pocket with filling. Brush egg on
edge for a better seal. Then place crust with air vent on top, close mold, and press to crimp your
pies!
Take pie out of the pie mold and bake on parchment paper lined cookie sheet for 25-35 minutes
until crust is golden brown and serve hot!

Strawberry – Rhubarb Pie for Strawberry Mold
1 ½ cup sugar
2 tbsp tapioca
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 cups rhubarb - cut into ½ inch pieces
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries or thawed frozen strawberries
2 tbsp melted butter
4 frozen pie crust sheets or 2 pie crust recipes
1 egg, lightly beaten
Makes 4-5 Petite Pies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix melted butter, sugar, tapioca, ground nutmeg, rhubarb and cook over medium heat until

Apple Pie - for Apple Mold

½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp tapioca
½ cup of apple sauce
8 Granny Smith apples – peeled, cored, cut into 1/2 inch dice
4 frozen pie crust sheets or 2 pie crust recipes
1 egg, lightly beaten

Combine melted butter, tapioca, white sugar, brown sugar, apple sauce and apple cubes. Cook
over medium heat to desired tenderness.

¾ cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp tapioca
5 cups fresh blackberries
