Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Ingredients:
5 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1/4 c. and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 small onion chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
2 (15 oz cans) black beans rinsed and drained
2 1/2 tsp minced jalapeno peppers
1 (8oz block ) cream cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F
2. Wrap tortillas in foil and place in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until heated through.
3. Heat oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Place onion, bell pepper, garlic and jalapenos in skillet, cook for 2 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Pour in beans and cook for 3 minutes longer.
4. Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to skillet with salt. Cook for 2 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir cilantro onto mixture.
5. Spoon mixture evenly down center of warmed tortilla and roll tortillas up. Serve Immediately.
