individuals who work together to explore and to grow in respect, confidence and ability. OMNI, which

stands for Open Minds, New Ideas, emphasizes participation, challenge, team effort, cooperation,

communication and, of course, fun and friendship. In the close, caring, non-competitive environment,

campers and staff live together, resolve conflict, work, play, and create with the strengths and talents that

they have within them. This doesn't just happen; these values need to be practiced and shared in all

aspects of the camp experience from the elective activities to the awareness workshops and in each

encounter among campers and staff. The OMNI program provides that special balance of structure and

freedom for maximum success, safety and enjoyment.

Animal lovers do well as do children comfortable with mixed ages. The farm is located in the world's

largest Amish settlement although the Barkers are not Amish themselves and the experience has no

religious affiliation. The smaller "people scale" life n this environment makes it the perfect setting. Things.

Are just the right size. The consistency yet variety in the experience brings children back year after and

while fun is basic to farm life, satisfaction is the lingering result.
