THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
Tirfari Tujuana Smith(Born Tirfari Tujuana Smith)
In the name of God Amen.
I, Tirfari Tujuana Smith, of the County of Dallas in the state of Texas being now in
tolerable good health, and of sound and disposing memory, do think it nothing more than
right to make my last will and testament, which I do as follows:
First, I direct my executors hereinafter named, to sell and dispose of my personal
property so soon after my death as may be convenient, out of the proceeds thereof, give
all my asset funds to my three children (Kenisha Monea Grant, Thomas Deshawn Smith
& Precious Latrice Smith.
Second, after the sale of my assets, I will and devise one third each of my personal estate
to my three children Kenisha Monea Grant, Thomas Deshawn Smith and Precious Latrice
Smith. One third each of my real estate for and during their natural lives, and after either
of their death, that one’s interest will e divided among the other heirs hereinafter
mentioned.
Third, I will and devise to my daughter Kenisha Monea Grant, for and during her normal
life, That she obtain complete, unrestricted guardianship of her two younger sibling
Thomas Deshawn Smith and Precious Latrice Smith. It is my prayer that they are never to
be allow any interactions with their Father’s (the late Shawn Lesebron Smith) mother
(Tyrie Gee-Turner) side of their family. Tyrie and her family never wanted to have nor
did they have anything to do with my children and I at all while Shawn Lesebron was
living. Tyrie tried to prevent my children from obtaining social security upon the death of
their father. She prevented us from attending his funeral, even though I was legally
married to him. She never willingly share any of his life insurance (which was at least
between 500k – 1mil dollars. I had to sue he just to get any of it and after the layer’s %
and all the filing and court fees, my children only got around 20k each. Tyrie Gee-Turner
visited Jackson, Ms numerous times and didn’t see fit to visit my children. She came
down for her daughter’s wedding when Thomas was 6 weeks old. She had never seen
him before. She came by to pick up Shawn Lesebrone Smith to attend the wedding.
Thomas was sleep in his bassinet in the living room and I asked her if she wanted to see
the baby, her response was “I will see him when he gets older” and she walked out the
door. I brought Precious Latrice Smith home from the hospital the day they buried Her
mother (a great woman named Precious Gee- I named my baby after her).She droped
Shawn Lesebrone Smith off at the house and never tried to see Precious Latrice Smith,
she never saw her till Precious was a year old. Shawn Lesebrone Smith use to find out on
the day she was leaving that she had been visiting his sister in Jackson and would take the
kids over to her. She never played with them although she would be in town to watch her
daughter’s children. She agreed one time to watch Thomas while Shawn Lesebrone
Smith and I went to the store. Before we could even start to shop she called for us to
come and get the baby. During the entire time I have ever known Shawn Lesebrone
Smith until his death, she had only seen me or any of my children maybe 6 times. Shawn
Lesebrone Smith and I started dating in 1997- Thomas Deshawn Smith was born Jan. 8,

1998, Precious Latrice smith was born Nov. 16, 2000 and Shawn Lesebrone Smith was
was officially pronounced dead Jan. 29, 2007. Shawn took my children to see her (while
we were separated- aside from the 6 times mentioned above) when she had to come to
town because of a hurricane. My children has NEVER been to any of her homes. I asked
her to come visit with my children when we were visiting my mother in Texas and shee
took them up the street to Chuck-e-Cheese and to Mcdonalds and brought them straight
back. My children told me that she took a lot of pictures of them during June of 2010. In
Sept. or Oct of 2010, I got court papers that stated she is suing my children for the right
to have Grandparents visitations. She wanted them every other weekend at my expense in
Texas and she falsely stated that she has always maintained constant communication with
the children and that not conversing with her would be damaging to them. She only
allowed us to communicate with her from June 2010 till Oct 2010. I tried in Oct 2007 to
reach out to her on several occasions for the kids sake and was rejected by her. She only
wants them now for her own financial gain. She knows they get social security and she
has devoulged to one of her relatives that her plan is to eventually get custody of my
children and sue me for child support. Tyrie Gee-Turner never even raised her own
children after she and Floyd Sebrone Smith divorced. She gave them to her mother to
raise until Shawn Lesebrone Smith was 16. He lived with her temporally and she ended
up sending him back to live between his grandmother Precious Gee and his father Floyd
Sebrone Smith. He wa between these two houses when we met. I know that being around
my family and Floyd Sebrone Smith(and his wife Pearlie Mae Smith) would be the most
stabled environment for my children’s Mental, Spiritual, physical and financial health.
Fourth, after the death of my daughter Kenisha Monea Grant is to have full and complete
control of all funds and assets intended for Thomas Deshawn Smith and Precious Latrice
Smith until they turn 18 years of age. She is to have complete control of the sell and
disbursement of all funds. I have complete trust that she will wisely make decision that’s
best for her siblings. She has proven to be very responsible during the times when I have
had to travel to adjust claims.
Fifth, I would like for Thomas Deshawn Smith and Precious Latrice Smith to continue to
be home schooled until college. It has proven to be most beneficial for them both for their
academic heath and mental heath. They both were determined to have leaning disabilities
by three school districts (Cobb county, JPS and Dallas county schools). My decision to
homescholl has brought them both to an academic level that well exceeded what those
districts claime they could reach at this point in their lives. Plus they avoid bullying and
get to also focus on their field ministry service. My children have each made a conscience
decision to serve Jehovah God and would need to be around individuals who would
ensure they are allowed the right to do so. My mother and spiritual siblings will ensure
that they are able to live a life of undivided spiritual regiment. They don’t need to be
made to attend another religion aside from what they were raised and grew to accept as
their own (but this is what Tyrie Gee-Turner would do because she is of another faith
which is why she has never had anything to do with me and my children because we are
Jehovah’s Witnesses.). It is my wish that no one is allowed to discipline my children
other than Kenisha Monea Grant, Irene Grant(my mother), my brothers, Floyd Sebrone
Smith (their grandfather) and Pearlie Mae Smith (their grandmother/ wife of Floyd) NO

OTHER PERSONS ARE NOR SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DISCIPLINE MY
CHILDREN IN ANY WAY, AT ALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES.
And lastly, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter Kenisha Monea Grant
as my executor of this my last will and testament, ratifying this and confirming the same,
and none other as my true last will and testament. This is in testimony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of November in the year of 2011.
