Fruit consists of 80% water. The human body consists
of 80% water. About 70% of Earth is covered in water
too. It makes sense to eat foods that have water in
them.
Fruit stimulates our memories. Fruit is the ultimate
brain fuel. Fruit has a positive effect on our brains
and makes you remember information easier and
faster.
The energy fruit contains is in the form of sugars
called glucose. Your body can easily turn the glucose
into energy by using oxygen. When your body burns
the sugars with the help of oxygen, it turns into water.
Fruit is 100% bad-cholesterol free. Cholesterol can be
found in everyone’s body. Cholesterol is a soft, waxy
substance found in the lipids or fats in your
bloodstream and in all your body’s cells. Too much
cholesterol can hurt your body and make you feel sick.
Fruit contains healthy and natural fibers. Fiber is
needed in your diet to fight off heart disease, high
blood pressure and to keep you thin.
Everyone should eat 2-4 servings of fruit every day.
You can eat fruit with your breakfast, lunch and dinner.
