Welcome to the 2011 Puddin’ Swamp Festival. We are excited about your
joining us for a weekend of celebration and fun below are the rules and
fees that apply to you: Application
Site Size = 15’ x 15’
We provide NO TABLES and CHAIRS. Business Name:_______________________________________________
SITE COST :
1) Handmade/homemade vendors (100 percent hand/home made Contact Person:_______________________________________________
are FREE for non-electrical sites & $35 for sites requiring

2) Retail Arts N Craft Vendors (part hand/home made and part __________________________________________________
purchased retail - with no electricity we charge $25 & $60 for

the festival site.
Just a reminder that you are expected to keep your site neat and Email address: ___________________________________
clean. You are expected to haul off any trash that you might have
to the dumpster provided by the festival committee. Failure to Electricity Needed: __ Yes __ NO (Electrical fee is $35)
keep your area clean will result in your being asked to shut down
and leave and/or not being allowed to come back next year.
Sale items Description:
Arts/Craft Vendors are expected to be set up ready for business by 9am
on Saturday. NO VEHICLES will be allowed on the Town Square ____________________________________________________________
after 8:45am on Saturday. So please plan your setting up time
accordingly. Vehicles will not be allowed back on the Town Square until ____________________________________________________________
5pm and then in a limited area only. We will have officers on duty to
enforce this rule. ____________________________________________________________

When you come to Town Square you will need to come to the corner of
