How did it all start?
In 2006, the Southwest
Wisconsin Transit Team
(SWTT) was formed to:
Explore ways to collaborate and
improve existing transportation
services
Employ a regional approach to the
provision of transportation services
for area residents.

2008. SWTT hired a MM in February, and named the
program LIFT
