EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN COURSE
"Per our request Miramar College reserved 10 seats for MCAS Miramar Marines in the
6-s.h. EMT105 class (CRN 93236) that starts October 25, and runs through November
18, 2010. This class is 8-hours per day Monday through Thursday with 2 additional
Friday sessions. The EMT classes normally fill fast when opened to the public. If we
have not filled the classes by 20 Sep, we must, in order to keep our good working
relationship with the college, notify the college to open the classes to the public. The cost
is $180, and tuition assistance (TA) pays the cost for TA eligible military personnel.
Interested individuals who are not already a Miramar College student must go online to
http://student web.sdccd.edu and submit an application for admission prior to registering
for the class. Current San Diego City College, San Diego Mesa College, and San Diego
Miramar College students do not have to apply again for admission.
