Uvinul® 3088 does not fall under the provisions of the Agreement on chemical weapons and does not contain any substances that are mentioned in the German Ordinance on the prohibition of certain chemicals (ChemVerbotsV). No substances destroying ozone are used in manufacture (Montreal Protocol on ozone-depleting substances).
