Summary
Klick Twice Technologies, Inc. will create a web site with functionality similar to www.fanmail.biz celebrity detail pages, without the alphabetical or category selections. The selection will only feature the Search Box to enter a celebrity name. If the celebrity has not been added to the database, an automated message will display to inquire later. The web site design will be a similar look to Google.com to include the company logo and search box. The site will allow the site owner full control over Celebrity Profiles IE: name, d/o/b, web site, fan mail contacts, etc; and their representatives IE: Manager, PR Firm, Talent Agency, Attorney, Production Company, etc. A section on side of web pages will be exclusive for Google Ads, if desired. Site owner sets up Google Ads; Klick Twice implements the code. The site administrator will login through the admin panel and be presented with a menu of administrative choices.

Celebrity will be listed with one featured photo. Site owner will be able to edit information of celebrity and representatives that will be displayed. Site administrator will handle all deletions/modifications from the system. If a celebrity has not been added to the database, an automated message will display for user to check back later. Google Ads Implement the code for Google Ads. Area on pages will be similar to Ads by Google on Fanmail.biz. Disclaimer Information pertaining to the use of the web site, privacy statements pertaining to copyrights, disclosure of celebrity information, advertisers displayed on site, etc.

Web site modifications billed at $60.00/hr (billed in 20 minute increments). Photo optimization billed at $60.00/hr (billed in 20 minute increments). Maintenance contracts available. Maintenance includes standard web site modifications such as changing, adding or deleting content to existing design; changing, adding or deleting content to existing text and photo optimization after completion of site. We require all requests in email format with specific instructions, attached text and/or images and a timeline for the modifications to be completed. Changes that are beyond the scope of standard site maintenance will be addressed when additional functionality is required. Changes to design/layout after we receive client home page approval; may result in additional fees

In acceptance:
Retainer fee due upon agreement: $946.89. Retainer fee includes one year domain name registration, annual hosting fee and 50% of web site development. Balance of web site: $742.50; due upon completion; not to include adding celebrity profiles and representatives. Site owner is responsible for populating these areas.
Estimated timeline for completion is 3 weeks; subject to receiving content in timely manner. If project exceeds reasonable time frame for completion due to pending content, final invoice will be initiated for payment and content will be applied when it becomes available to Klick Twice.
