Corporate Sponsorship

There are various ways that your corporation can take

advantage of this conference. You have the option of

advertising in the magazine, providing training sessions

for their employees, and even setting up an exhibit table

to market your organization.

By your company participating in the conference, there

will be great opportunities for you to market the value of

your business. In order for you to get the most out of the

conference, we have put together the following packets

that cater to your industry.

Exhibit Table

Companies will receive adequate exposure by setting up an exhibit table. Attract students and adults to

your company by stating your presence at the conference. This is one of the best ways to get your name

out to convention registrants. Your company will receive the following:

• 2 conference registrants for all days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)

• Exhibit registration table (6’ x 30” table and 2 chairs) for all days

• Lunch for 2 participants on both days

• A copy of the Young Innovators Magazine (October Issue)

• Access to all workshops, competitions, one-on-one networking sessions

• Recognition in program booklet

Host an Interactive Corporate Community

Many times, passing out pamphlets and brochures about your company isn’t enough. Youth and adults

need to experience the value of your business first hand. By interactively engaging participants into what

you have to offer, attendees will be able to visually and physically realize their dreams come true at the

conference. We want businesses to not only receive contacts, but informed and excited registrants to

enroll in their schools. With over 400 or more students and adults in attendance, we are certain you will

make an impact.

If you want to take your marketing to the next level, an “Interactive Corporate Community” is the way to

go. We will give you a large amount of exhibit space (a minimum of 4 – 7 tables) with your selection of

various rentals (included) to interactively showcase anything you want about your college. This is ideal

for the following:

• Showcase large interactive displays (ie. engineering models & robots, computers, internet cafés,

voting booths & machines, health care screenings, etc.)

• Hosting a demonstration area with your own schedule of activities (e.g. fitness or cooking

demonstrations, networking areas for faculty & staff with hors d’oeuvres , information & training

stage with seating & equipment)

• Fully promote each department in your company (e.g. host interactive displays and projects that

each department may have developed or youth programs, showcase industry professionals , host

networking areas)

• Host on-site interviews (e.g. for academic programs, staffing positions, etc.)

• Host interactive fun areas for youth & parents to appreciate your value in the community

Conference is the way to go. With access to excellent career & professional development training

facilitators, convention space and equipment, you can provide a quality training experience by just

registering your group and partnering with our conference planning committee.

You have the option:

• register your staff to attend the conference to receive their career &

professional development training, or

• host your own training initiatives by utilizing our convention space,

audio visual, web-registration tools and professional marketing &

advertising materials (minimum of 100 ppl).

Advertise In The Young Innovators Magazine

One of the long lasting impressions you can make is by sponsoring an

advertisement in our national magazine. This magazine will also contain our

conference brochure, so conference participants will see your ad as well.

Over 2000 recipients of this publication receive viable information related to

their careers, professional development and other opportunities. This

publication is a hallmark in many households across the country. You will

Host A Young Innovators Competition

One creative way to promote your company is to sponsor a talent competition to highlight your expertise

in a particular industry. Competitions can be for teenagers, adults or any group you choose. The idea is

to engage your target audience by showcasing your value and niche.

You can sponsor one of these competitions or host your own in an industry not represented above (ie.

engineering, education, medicine, media, entertainment, etc..)

If you are interested in hosting one of these or hosting your own competition, please contact our

conference planning committee at 301-498-2899 ext. 103 or acpdc-baltimore@eduserc.org

More information about these competitions can be found on the website at http://www.eduserc.org/acpdc

School Registration Sponsor

Companies can sponsor a school to send a bus of their students to attend this event. The highest

investment is to ensure students in your target area are receiving the training necessary to meet your

industry standards. This includes:

• One bus of students (40 students 3 chaperones) from a local school of your choice or ours

• Corporate Logo on student badges

• Advertisement in Young Innovators Magazine

Become a General Sponsor

You can also donate your goods & services or financially contribute to the conference overall. Below are

the general sponsorship levels.
