Corporate Sales Support Executive

Based: Eastern Division Reporting to: Corporate Sales Director

Hours: 40per week. Division: Sales

Territory: Post codes LN, PE, DN, MK & SG

the UK and Ireland. Our strategically placed regional sales and service centers provide a total solution package

tailor-made to suit your printing, faxing, copying or service needs.



Due to continued success our Eastern Division Corporate Sales Team require a motivated, tenacious individual

who is looking to further develop their current Sales skills, Experience in Tele-appointing / New business

generation is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop strong working relationships with existing and new

clients, generate new business sales appointments via cold calling, relationship building and then attend those

meetings with the Corporate Sales Director(s) supporting the sales process from start to finish, Whilst

maintaining and developing sales within existing corporate accounts, in accordance with agreed business plans.

In essence this roll offers the successful candidate an opportunity to develop in all aspects of the sales &

account management environment in a supported and structure way.



Main Responsibilities:



• Present Danwood in a positive and competent manner and have a good understanding of any given

target client contacted via proactive profiling.

• Be able to demonstrate a level of “presentation skills” sufficient to communicate professionally with a

typical corporate customer.

• Ability to converse with confidence on a general level about IT protocols, networking, operating

systems and operating environments, and to have a basic working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook

and PowerPoint.

• Understand the benefits of dealing with Danwood and be able to present them to the customer.

• Understand the principles of “Print Management” software, “EDM” and “scanning software” and be

able to present them to the customer.

• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact ,

• Effectively interact with other departments

• Actively seek to increase the services offered to your accounts.



Personal Skills:

• Outstanding telephone skills with Strong listening and questioning skills

• A hands on approach to problem solving; identifying issues and using initiative and available resources

to generate recommendations.

• Ability to identify Danwood customer key business objectives.

• Ability to cope with conflicting demands and to prioritise tasks.

• A positive attitude to dealing with people.
