THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF SIMCOE
A By-law to authorize the Warden and Clerk to execute a Rental
Agreement between the County of Simcoe and the Alzheimer
Society of East Simcoe County for the provision of 600 square feet
of office space at Trillium Manor Long Term Care Facility, 12 Grace
Avenue Orillia.
WHEREAS the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, c. 25, authorizes Council to enter into
agreements;
AND WHEREAS by adoption of Recommendation CCW-027-10 of the
Committee of the Whole, County Council deems it expedient to enter into a
Rental Agreement with the Alzheimer Society of East Simcoe County for the
provision of 600 square feet of office space at Trillium Manor Long Term Care
Facility, 12 Grace Avenue, Orillia.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Simcoe
enacts as follows:
1. THAT authority is hereby granted to the Warden and Clerk to execute the
Rental Agreement, with the Alzheimer Society of East Simcoe County for
the provision of 600 square feet of office space at Trillium Manor Long
Term Care Facility, 12 Grace Avenue, Orillia, substantively in the form
attached hereto as Schedule 1.
2. THAT Schedule 1 attached hereto, being the Rental Agreement, as to
form and content, forms part of this By-law.
3. THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect immediately upon
the approval of County Council.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally enacted this day of ,
A.D., 2010.
