Model Code of Conduct/Contract
I _______________________________________________________ am a willing participant of
the Worth the Wait Revolution, Inc Nationwide Model Call for 2011.
I understand that if selected to be a model for Worth the Wait Revolution, Inc. then the following
items pertain to me:
• I will be under a one-year contract commencing December 2011 and ending December 2012.
• I will be required to make a one time payment of dues of $50 to cover operational expenses,
and required uniform items.
• I will be required to attend at least 3 events to serve as a volunteer between the months of
December 2011 and December 2012.
• I will be required to model in at least 3 runway events during the months of December 2011
and December 2012.
• I will be required to attend all scheduled rehearsals, unless stated otherwise, arriving promptly
and professionally, prepared to practice.
• I will be required to refrain from drugs, alcohol, smoking and illegal activities during my year
of service with Worth the Wait Revolution, Inc.
• I will be required to refrain from nude photography and/or indecent exposure during my year of
service with Worth the Wait Revolution, Inc.
• I will be required to represent a lifestyle of sexual purity and a lifestyle of transparency during
my year of service with Worth the Wait Revolution, Inc.
• I will be respectful of all other models and staff members of Worth the Wait Revolution, Inc at
all times.
• I will display a desire to serve and a willingness to learn during my year of service with Worth
the Wait Revolution, Inc.
I understand that any actions that I partake in this year that do not fall in line with the vision,
mission, and beliefs of Worth the Wait Revolution, Inc. will constitute as a termination for my
contract, and I will be dismissed as a ‘Worth the Wait’ Model.
My signature bellows confirms that I heave read the above stipulations and I am fully aware of
the terms and policies of being a model with Worth the Wait Revolution, Inc.
