• Team Managers & Team Coaches (Maximum of three (3) per team)
REMINDERS:
Managers are to bring:
a. Affidavits and supporting documents (White envelopes or binders)
b. Trading pins, enough for all players and coaches in the tournament
PRE-MEETING: Host should collect cell-phone number(s) from each team so that
Managers can be advised of any changes or issues during the Tournament.

THE MEAL
All you can eat Rib’s and Salad, by “The Butchery”, Nepean, Ontario
EACH PARTICIPATING TEAM WILL RECEIVE 20 TICKETS FOR THE BANQUET AND
MEAL. THESE ARE FOR YOUR PLAYERS AND TEAM OFFICIALS. IF YOU HAVE KEY
VOLUNTEERS THAT HELP YOU THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND, PLEASE
DISTRIBUTE THE TICKETS TO THEM. THE MEALS ARE PAYED FOR, SO USE THE
TICKETS AS YOU SEE FIT. IF YOU CAN NOT USE THEM, PLEASE ADVISE.
UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WILL BE NO EXTRA TICKETS FOR SALE AT THE DOOR.
Canteen:
Cold Soft Drinks, Gatorade and Water will be available at all games, as well as light snacks.
