           o     Responsible for the specification, procurement, and installation/configuration of all hardware
                 purchased for the new system including servers, thin client workstations, Boca Systems ticket
                 printers, Point-of-Sale hardware, outdoor wireless network, and Symbol/Motorola wireless
                 handheld scanners.
           o     Assisted in the development of wireless check-in/boarding application for the Ferry operation and
                 was the primary trainer for all users of the new system.
           o     Assisted in training and support during implementation of end users of the new system both on-
                 site and remotely.

      Project Lead – DRBA Local Area Network upgrade – January 2006 – December 2006
           o     Involved in all aspects of planning and implementation of an Authority-wide LAN upgrade
                 including determining requirements, obtaining hardware quotes and purchasing hardware, as well
                 as configuration and deployment with consultants in the following

                        Upgrade of all LAN network closet switches to Gigabit switches with PoE
