					This Request for Proposal (RFP) Management, Account and Professional Services
should be used by companies seeking to contract with a firm to provide management,
technical and other professional services. This RFP can be used to ensure that the
solicitor obtains all of the necessary information in the correct format. This template
form provides comments and instructions to create a clear and concise RFP and
contains opportunities to customize specific terms. Additional terms can be easily
inserted to guarantee a tailored result.

   time. This solicitation does not obligate the Solicitor to reimburse respondents for any costs
   incurred in setting forth a proposal. This solicitation does not obligate the Solicitor to accept

    or contract for any expressed or implied services. Finally, the Solicitor reserves the right to
    award the contract to the next most qualified bidder if the selected bidder does not execute a
