This Request for Proposal Event Planning Services seeks bids
from firms with regard to providing management, technical and
other professional services. This RFP can be easily used to ensure
the user obtains all of the necessary information to make the best
decision. Further, specific terms can be easily inserted into this
agreement to guarantee a tailored result.
ALL INFORMATION AND FORMS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY,
EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING AS TO THEIR LEGAL EFFECT AND

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL EVENT PLANNING SERVICES

background as it relates to these services.

Following evaluation of the Proposals, the Solicitor will interview up to the

6. Terms and Conditions: The Solicitor reserves the right to change the RFP process at any
time. This solicitation does not obligate the Solicitor to reimburse respondents for any costs
incurred in setting forth a proposal. This solicitation does not obligate the Solicitor to accept

or contract for any expressed or implied services. Finally, the Solicitor reserves the right to
award the contract to the next most qualified bidder if the selected bidder does not execute a
