Did you think we wouldn't look?

From: "Mike Lewis"

This data is NOT from Steve Freeman, but I thought I would add it to the

downloadable file.

According to the Census Bureau the estimated population of Cuyahoga County Ohio

is 1,363,888 as of 2003

http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/39/39035.html

The number of persons under 18 is 25% which equates to 340,972 ineligible voters

This means that there are only 1,022,916 eligible voters in Cuyahoga County

According to the website for the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections

http://boe.cuyahogacounty.us/boe/results/CurrentResults1.htm

The Number of Registered voters is 1,005,807

The percent of registered voters versus eligible voters is 98%.

Cuyahoga County Over-Voting totaling 97,489 votes

I am very familiar with these areas and the majority of these areas have high

incomes. In a following submittal, I will use the census to establish the income

ranges of these voting districts as I feel that this may be a common thread

throughout these gross inaccuracies. I need help to find out which locations used

the electronic voting machines and which ones used the punch cards. I will also be

compiling the census data for all the districts I can but I would like help on this as

well. Please forward this info to me if you can and I will send it out.

The items denote the district, the registered voters for the district, the number of

votes cast and the over-vote in parentheses. The blue-colored items listed in the full

list denote suspicious turn out percentages. These are numbers that do not reflect

absentee or provisional ballots cast and were last updated November 3, 2004 at

2:12:48 am. (note – colors lost in transmittal – contact Mike directly for better

copies)

Subject: Jefferson County Ohio has no apparent statistical anomalies. & an Error

Update & Allies in Florida

From: "Mike Lewis"

Date: Tue, November 9, 2004 1:51 am

To: nstrossen@aclu.org (more)

First let me note an error in my previous emails. When I copied the hyperlinks from

the source information, somehow the original link from Putnam County would come

up. To verify my information, simply cut and past the link into your browsers

address. Sorry, I am a novice.

Secondly, I came across news from Florida that suggests the same thing went on

there as here. The guy writes better than I do though he does have a kind of smug

Rice-A-Roni "ancient Chinese secret" approach to the story. We don't have time to

beat around the Bush. ha ha ha Well maybe we do LOL {I crack myself up}. I wish

the media would quit watching the internet for cues on what's news, I should have

heard this news from the media days ago. But here's the site

http://www.consortiumnews.com/2004/110904.html

---------------------------------------

According to the Census Bureau the estimated population of Jefferson County Ohio is

71,888 as of 2003

http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/39/39081.html

The number of persons under 18 is 21.4% which equates to 15,384 people

of voting age

This means that there are only 56,504 eligible voters in Jefferson County

According to the website for the Jefferson County Board of Elections

http://www.electioncentral.com/jefferson/current_election_Nov2003.htm

The Number of Registered voters is 49,656.

The percent of registered voters versus eligible voters is 88%.

The election results state

Registered Voters - TOTAL . . . . . 49,656

Ballots Cast - TOTAL. . . . . . . 36,528 73.56

No Statistical Anomalies that I can find; I just thought I would include it as I plan on

doing each one of the counties anyway. The county seems to be suffering from

massive unemployment so the high voter turn out seems to make sense. I would

still like information on whether or not the county used electronic or paper ballots.

Also if there is anything else people want me to research or anyone else you would

like me to send my research to, please let me know.

Subject: Correction to Cuyahoga County - Its not over-votes. It's over-balllots cast

or whatever you call 98000 more ballots than registrants.

Cuyahoga County

Over-Voting totaling 97,489 votes

I am very familiar with these areas and the majority of these areas have high

incomes. In a following submittal, I will use the census to establish the income

ranges of these voting districts as I feel that this may be a common thread

throughout these gross inaccuracies. I need help to find out which locations used

the electronic voting machines and which ones used the punch cards. I will also be

compiling the census data for all the districts I can but I would like help on this as

well. Please forward this info to me if you can and I will send it out.

The items in red denote the district, the registered voters for the district, the number

of votes cast and the over-vote in parentheses. The blue-colored items listed in the

full list denote suspicious turn out percentages. These are numbers that do not

reflect absentee or provisional ballots cast and were last updated November 3, 2004

Subject: RE: voting rolls current?

From: "Mike Lewis"

Date: Tue, November 9, 2004 5:01 pm

To: "'John Schwartz'" (more)

Dear Mr. Schwartz,

I have no idea. My partner asked me the same question. I install security systems

for a living so my journalism and research skills are low to zero. I am calling the

Cuyahoga County Board of Elections tomorrow to ask them a few questions and this

is on my list. If you can think of any other questions that I can ask, please forward

them. Also, if there are any other things you would find useful for me to include in

my analysis, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm flying blind here buddy.

I will include the migration statistics from the census in the future emails. I can't

believe that they would be very far off from that. And keep in mind, in a few

counties, I have found that there are fewer voters than in the 2000 election and

noted those as irregularities. This would indicate that some counties must have up-

to-date records. But this should not exceed 4 years in any of the counties as this is

against the law. You also must understand that my data is from an estimate of the

census for 2003 which could raise or lower my figures by no more than +/- 2% as

this seems to be the highest migration I have come across in the state so far. In

Cuyahoga County, the census notes a -2.1% change in population over the past 3

years equating to an average of -.7% migration per year. Throw in another percent

for the voters who moved out just to be on the safe side (though they most likely

reregistered in their new residence) and my numbers are pretty close. I would hope

a real researcher would have done this work or more importantly, the army of

lawyers John Kerry had on call. It astounds me how blatant these irregularities are

and that not one of the attorneys picked up on it. If I can see it, and they can't, do

you think he'll pay me $200K a year to watch his back? I doubt it, I'd be happy with

a country that will let me raise and educate my kids with guarantees like health care

and democracy. If by doing this little bit, helps achieve that goal, well, that's all the

payment I need.

Thanks for replying and I must say that it is cool to get a question from a NY Times

journalist. I hope I have answered it for now but I will get an answer from the Board

of Elections and pass this on as well. And if someone out there knows John Kerry, tell

him to get his ass to Ohio, a concession to a fraudulent victory is not valid. In

Cuyahoga County alone 93,489 votes were cast in 30 precincts in excess of the

registered voters. The 30 precincts were affluent precincts so odds are they had

electronic voting machines which can explain these anomalies. I am in no way

suggesting that these precincts participated or even knew of these irregularities.

Furthermore, with the 150,000 or more provisional ballots still uncounted, I believe

he will win Ohio and most likely Florida as well. I have been looking into Florida a bit

and there are similarities. Maybe someone knows a researcher in Florida who would

like to compile this data. It's time consuming and boring but I believe it to be

important. I will do it after I finish the 88 Ohio counties if no one has but by all

means, don't wait for me.

Ohio's statutory laws on elections and voting are found in Ohio Revised Code Title

35 the entire code book can be accessed at

http://onlinedocs.andersonpublishing.com/oh/lpExt.dll?f=templates&fn=tit

lepage.htm

Eligibility and Registration

You are eligible to register and vote if:

* you are a U.S. citizen;

* you are at least 18 years old on election day;

* you have lived in Ohio for at least 30 days before the election;

* you are not currently in jail for conviction of a felony; and

* you have not been found incompetent to vote through a specific finding and

order of a probate judge regarding voting. (A general finding of incompetency and

guardianship does not take away the right to vote; if the order does not specify that

the person is incompetent to vote, then the ward may register and vote.)

In order to vote you must first be registered (at least thirty days before the

election). You do this by filling out a voter registration form. You can obtain a voter

registration form from your county board of elections or from the Ohio Secretary of

State.

You can find information about your county board of elections in your local phone

book in the county government section, or refer to the

http://www.sos.state.oh.us/sos/boe/

County Board of Elections Directory (http://www.sos.state.oh.us/sos/boe/) on the

Ohio Secretary of State Web site.

You can ask to have a voter registration form sent to you by contacting the

Secretary of State, or by completing a

Voter Registration Request

Form (http://www.sos.state.oh.us/sos/voter/vrequest.html) on the Ohio Secretary of

State Web site.

Staff from other government agencies or service providers, such as case managers,

social workers, or client rights advocates, can help you in obtaining and filling out a

voter registration form. After you register, the county board of elections will send

you information telling you which voting precinct you will vote in, and the location of

your polling place.

If you change your residence, you need to notify your board of elections so that you

can vote at the proper polling place for your new residence. Also, if you change your

name you need to notify the board of elections. If you reside in a public or private

institution or facility, then the address of that institution or facility is your residential

address for voting purposes. However, if you are presently in an institution or facility

for temporary treatment purposes only, then your residence for voting purposes is

not the institution, but the place where you resided when you entered the institution.

If you were registered in the past but have not voted at any election in the past four

years or updated or confirmed your registration in the last four years, you need to

re-register now to be eligible to vote in the next election. You must re-register to

vote no later than thirty days prior to the primary or general elections.

If you have been incarcerated as a result of a felony conviction, you are not eligible

to register and vote during the period of incarceration. However, your right to

register and vote is automatically restored upon your final release from your

sentence. In addition, you may vote while on probation, parole, judicial release, or

when you have been released on a conditional pardon or under a post-release control

sanction. Please note also that an order of institutionalization because of a finding of

not guilty by reason of insanity (NGRI) or incompetency to stand trial is not a

conviction and does not interfere with your right to register and vote. Source

Can you tell me if Ohio has procedures in place to keep its voting rolls current? In

No, I will not take you out of my e-mails. You might not want to know this

information but you are going to get it anyway. Your online publication should be

bringing this information to me not the other way around; so I will not stop sending

you this information. I am tired of people turning a blind eye to facts. I am sorry

that my writing style isn't professional and that my knowledge on election laws is

limited to what I can read in the online law journals but I will not stop trying to get

people like you to listen. I want an investigation into the irregularities in this

election and if the people who are supposed to do it won't then I will do it for them

and that includes you and the Electiononline staff.

Your site boasts: electionline.org, produced by the Election Reform Information

Project, is the nation's only non-partisan, non-advocacy website providing up-to-the-

minute news and analysis on election reform. Whether it's hanging chads or HAVA,

absentee ballots or touchscreen machines, legislation or commission reports,

electionline.org is ready to be your first stop on the Internet for any election reform

information you're seeking.

So whether or not you view the information I am sending, I will continue to send it

to you. You can delete it and ignore and maybe no one will do anything about it but

you will know that you are propagating a lie. You wonder why people have lost faith

in the media. This is why. We aren't merely sheep who follow blindly. You want to

live in America, then you have to get used to listening to people just like me who are

sick to death of people like you. The only voice we have is our vote. That's all.

When that voice is in jeopardy, people like me, do the things I do. I am

documenting Fraud. Plain and simple, just because you don't like it doesn't mean it

didn't take place. Just because you don't believe it, doesn't mean it didn't take place.

105% voter registrations don't just happen by accident. 93,489 votes cast in 30

precincts in excess of the registered voters isn't just an accident. So click the delete

List of questions for the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections

How many people are registered to vote in Cuyahoga County?

Currently, there are roughly 1,022,916 people of voting age in Cuyahoga County,

that would put the ratio of people of voting age at 98%, do you feel this is a

remarkably high number?

What factors do you believe contributed to such a high number of registrants?

Which cities used electronic voting machines, whether solely or in conjunction with

the punch card ballots?

Who was the manufacturer of these machines?

Are you aware of the 30 precincts where ballots were cast in excess of the registered

voter rolls? The number of votes cast in excess was 97,489 votes and yet they do

not appear to have been assigned to any candidate, is there a paper trail that can

verify for who these votes were cast?

What is the name of the person in charge of verifying the votes and does this person

have the authority to cancel out erroneous votes?

If any votes were cancelled out, is there a record for which candidates they were

cast and the reason they were cancelled?

In several other counties in Ohio, Putnam, Henry, Delaware, Licking to name a few,

there were also remarkably high voter registrations in contrast to the amount of

people of legal voting age, in each case, there seemed to be a very large increase in

voter turn out. Cuyahoga County was below the average voter turn out for the

state. These four counties I named have voter turnout percentages in the high 70%

ranges except for Licking County which was at about 71%, yet Cuyahoga's voter

turnout was 66%. If these 97,489 had been added to the vote count, Cuyahoga's

percentage would have been about 72%.

Is there a way to get an independent person or group who is not affiliated with any

interested party to independently verify that these votes were any of the following?

1) Valid votes that are for some reason counted differently than other votes.

2) Invalid votes over the number of registered voters

a. Which candidates were voted for

b. Which voting precincts

c. Which method was used to cast the votes

The unofficial tally of ballots on Nov. 3 was 665,334 and yet posted on the Secretary

of States website the tally of votes was 652,381.

This leaves 12,953 votes unaccounted for; do you know what happened to them?

---------------------------------------------------

Okay, this is the best I can come up with. Any input would help. I want to make

sure that I get these answers but I doubt that they would tell me.

Do you think I should tell them my name is Seymour Hersh?

Maybe not.
