This Bill of Sale of Business can be used by an Individual or Corporate Seller. This Bill of Sale may include anything tangible and intangible that is considered part of business, including all licenses, processes, designs, formulas, computer programs, computer software packages, trade secrets, product manufacturing instructions etc.
