LONG TERM GOALS
(as summarized from the Strategic Plan)
Goal #1 Fully implement and maintain the governance structure.
Goal #2 Define and implement a management process based on policy governance.
Goal #3 Assure that there are sufficient financial resources to achieve the mission and
goals of the church.
i.e.: Structure an endowment program, develop fundraising, explore
grant opportunities.
Goal #4 Grow the committed membership of the congregation.
i.e.: Build commitment through personal connections, determine
volunteer interests, add activities, improve database.
Goal #5 Renovate and construct new space for church programs.
i.e. Revitalize new building campaign, sell silver collection to raise funds,
identify food pantry and daycare ministries on campus, explore creative
town-wide fundraising and building use possibilities.
Goal #6 Assure there are the necessary staff resources.
Goal #7 Develop and strengthen Christian faith at all age levels through worship,
education and outreach programs.
