Dear Councillors,
After our initial meeting with the Mayor and Sarah Ritson, we would like to formally
propose the gifting of a David Bromley sculpture to the Grovesnor Reserve, South Yarra.

There are maintenance works going on in the reserve and one of the larger trees is
being cut down. We wish for a fibreglass ‘Muscle Boy’ sculpture to be mounted on top of
the 3-4 metre tree stump at our own cost.

Valued at $20,000

We will erect the sculpture and will also pay for all materials to do this, so there will be
no cost to Council.
We look forward to your correspondence on this, in regard to dates and any other
information we may need to know prior to the tree maintenance in the reserve.
