Ticket information
One PDF ticket will be issued per person.
Tickets are not flexible and are valid only at time and date on ticket.
On the day of your visit, all tickets must be printed and presented to gain entry to the
exhibition. Please also bring a copy of this Booking Confirmation. .
To book additional tickets contact FOXTIX. This is only possible if there are available tickets
for your session.
No pass outs.
No refund or exchange on any ticket except as required by law.
Children 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
The exhibition is most suitable for children over 8 years of age.
Please be advised the 3D film component and exhibition contains contain some incidental
nudity and skeletal remains. Adults are requested to use their discretion when accompanied
by children.
Photography is not permitted inside the exhibition or 3D film experience.

Group Booking Terms and Conditions
Confirmation of bookings will be made via email. This confirmation includes payment details
and additional information regarding your visit.
Your booking is a hold only. Booking is considered complete once payment has been
received and tickets are issued.
If there is an error on your Booking Confirmation, please contact FOXTIX on 1300 111 369 or
groups@foxtix.com.au within 5 days of receiving this Booking Confirmation to address the
error.
Contact FOXTIX immediately if you wish to request a change to your booking. However,
changes to booking numbers, times and dates can not be made after an Invoice has been
issued. See Payment Details below for Invoice issue dates.
Payment Details
Bookings made in 2011
o All bookings made in 2011, will have an invoice issued on 1 March 2012.
o Groups will need to pay the amount on the invoice.
Bookings made in 2012
o All bookings made in 2012, will have an invoice issued 6 weeks prior to ticket date.
o Groups will need to pay the amount on the invoice
Payment must be received with 14 days of the invoice being issued.
If payment is not received within this time your booking may be cancelled.
Groups will not be able to attend their booked session if payment has not been received.
Tickets are sent out once payment is received.
*Timed Entry Details
As Mummy: Secrets of the Tomb is a timed ticket entry. Groups must arrive a minimum of 30
minutes prior to their session time to ensure your full experience. Late arrivals may not be able to
be accommodated.
**Museum and Sciencentre Booking Information
Tickets purchased through FOXTIX are for the Mummy: Secrets of the Tomb experience only. If
you wish to visit Sciencentre or other exhibitions in the Museum it is essential to book this visit
separately. To make this additional booking please visit www.southbank.qm.qld.gov.au and click
