Aliboats was started in 1986, in Maun, Botswana, initially to manufacture and supply the
various lodges in the Okavango Delta with aluminium boats. We also obtained the Yamaha
dealership in 1987 so as to supply Yamaha outboard motors to fit onto our boats. We have
since opened a small branch in Kasane but are trying to obtain larger commercial premises
in order to manufacture boats in Kasane as well.
