Sponsorship Solicitation Letter

							Dear Friends,

         Thank you for your interest in donating money to the second annual Spring Creek Screamin’ 5K Race. This
year’s race will be held on Saturday, October 31st, and take place throughout the Spring Creek Community in
Gordonsville, Virginia.

        All proceeds from the race go towards the Zion Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department. Five individuals,
with no ties to the Department, decided that the Screamin’ 5K was a fantastic opportunity for the entire community to
give back to an organization that selfless gives to us each and every day. The race is designed to be a fun run or walk
and costumes are encouraged for all participants!

       Last year we were able to donate more than $2,700 to the Fire Department through a combination of private
sponsorships and registration funds from 122 registered runners. This year, we’re hoping to build on our success and
with your help, donate even more!

        In an effort to attract a diverse group of individual and business sponsors, different donation packages have
been created. They are listed below:

The Platinum sponsorship is awarded to the person or business that donates the most amount of money to the Spring Creek Screamin’ 5K.
Your name or logo will be featured in a prominent location on race day t-shirts. In addition, special space will be provided for a company sign
(provided by you) to be displayed during the awards ceremony. A link to your business or homepage (if applicable) will be created on our
webpage. Special mention will be given in the race day packet as the premier supporter of the Screamin’ 5K.

Gold Sponsorship                        Over $500                              Five
With a donation of $500 or more, your company’s logo will be printed on the back of each race day t-shirt. You will be able to display a sign
along the race route (provided by you). A link to your business or homepage (if applicable) will be created on our webpage. In addition, special
mention will be given at the awards ceremony and in the race packet as a generous supporter of the Screamin’ 5K.

Silver Sponsorship                       $150 - $499                            Twenty
With a donation of $150-$499, your company will be allowed to display a sign (provided by you) along the race route for all runners,
volunteers, and guests to see. A link to your business or homepage (if applicable) will be created on our webpage. Special mention will be given
in the race day packet as a generous supporter of the Screamin’ 5K.

Bronze Sponsorship                      $25 - $149                             Unlimited
With a donation of $25-$149 your company will be given special mention in the race day packet as a generous supporter of the Screamin’ 5K.
A link to your business or homepage (if applicable) will be created on our webpage.
