In consideration of your allowing me to make a voyage/visit on to
in the above vessel, I, as listed hereby undertake to make no claim of any nature whatever against
you, your servants or agents, whether or not such claim be occasioned by the negligence, act or default of you or any of
you, nor to claim against any person whom you or any of you may be liable to indemnify by contract or otherwise, and I
also agree to relinquish any right which I may acquire to participate in salvage monies.
I also agree to indemnify you and each of you against any claim whatever by any person arising out of any act, omission
or default by me on the voyage /visit.
I also undertake to insure and indemnify you against any charges or expenses which you may pay or become liable to pay
for hospital, medical, burial or repatriation or maintenance on my account, and further to insure and indemnify you against
any claim whatsoever by any person arising out of any act, omission or default by me during the voyage / visit.
It is further expressly agreed hereby that throughout this Guarantee the word "Owners" shall include the servants and agents
of Owners of the said vessel, whether afloat or ashore, and any person or persons whom the said Owners may be liable to
indemnify against such claims by contract or otherwise.

DISCLAIMER
As with any water transportation, port operations and heavy equipment there are inherent risks MOL, SNP and its
employees shall not be liable for any damages relating to loss of property or injury of any kind to any participant. It is th e
responsibility of each participant to have proper personal accident insurance coverage.
By attending a tour with us you will be deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions of service of which this Disclaimer.
Your attendance is accepted on the understanding that you realize and accept the dangers, risks and hazards inherent in any
water transportation, port operations and heavy equipment.
All participants must agree to observe rules and regulations and ensure that their conduct in no way puts at risk the welfare
of any participant during. Attendance signifies agreement and therefore during a tour if your conduct is considered by the
tour and/or event organizers to be detrimental to the welfare of other participants in the group, you will be asked to leave
the tour.
MOL, SNP and employees shall not be liable for injury, damages, death, accident or delay to person or loss or damage to
property due to negligence or default of any third party rendering any service included in the tour. You are responsible for
any loss or damage to personal possession or any consequential loss there from. You are also responsible for the protecting o f
all your valuables. You must be adequately insured against personal injury, medical expenses arising from accident or injury,
property loss, theft or damage. Your attendance is proof of holding applicable personal medical /accident insurance coverage.
We are not responsible to verify proof your insurance.
When attending tour, you undertake to conduct yourself in a manner that does not put at risk your own safety and that of
other participants on the tour. In addition you accept all risks of water transportation, port operations and heavy equipment
and other attendees and employees.
It is the sole responsibility of the participant to determine his or her level of ability and whether or not tour is suitable for
the individual concerned. Participants accept all risks to their physical well-being associated with this activity. We make no
assumption about any physical fitness levels of any participant.
