This event typically has 12,000 to 15,000 people pass through during the day. You are invited to
participate in this event and promote your group/organization by distributing brochure/literature
at no charge if the following is adhered to:
    1. Supply a giveaway for the children – i.e. candy, toys, pencils, etc.
    2. Provide a game/activity for the children – i.e. ring toss, beanbag toss, etc. You are re-
        sponsible for providing the game and the prizes.
    3. You do not sell any product and/or service.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:
   1. The space is 12’ x 12’ and due to space constrictions; please ensure that your display
       stays within your space. If you need additional space, please make a note on your appli-
       cation.
   2. Vendors are responsible for providing tents, tables and chairs.
   3. No raffles (other than giveaways), no alcoholic beverages, no political literature.
   4. Vendors are responsible for clean up of your space. Moby carts will be located through-
       out the festival and dumpsters are provided beside the library.
   5. NO RAIN DATE.
   6. Spaces will be available for set up starting at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday or you may set up
       between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Please check box on application for Friday
       set up. Police will patrol the area Friday night. Vendors setting up outside of the above
       hours may possible have the wrong space and will be moved Saturday morning.
   7. NOTE THAT FESTIVAL STARTS AT 10:00 A.M. THEREFORE SET UP MUST BE COM-
       PLETED BY 9:00 A.M. AND VEHICLES CLEARED FROM THE FESTIVAL AREA.
   8. Hours are 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO DISMANTLE AND LEAVE
       BEFORE 4:00 P.M.
   9. Vendors must turn east onto Surfside Drive to access their space. A festival employee
       will be at Hollywood Drive to direct you to your space. DO NOT ENTER THE FESTIVAL
       AREA FROM SIDE STREETS.
   10. Vendor parking is available on side streets, Yaupon parking lot, or empty lot behind the
       library. Parking on side streets will be allowed only on the side of the road. DO NOT
       PARK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET, even if the road is barricaded. Public Safety De-
       partment will issue tickets for parking violations.
   11. No vehicles are allowed to park at or behind your space. If you have a large group work-
       ing your display, please try to carpool, as vendor parking is limited.
   12. No balloons of any sort.
