Dear friends,

he past year has been a period of blessing and growth in and among the churches El Puente Norte has had the great privilege to
minister with and serve. You are receiving this note because of your heart for Mexico, your interest in the growth of the church
there and your faithful participation in ministry in Mexico through El Puente Norte. We are sending it along to you so that you
know about our yearly retreat, a time of meeting together for fellowship, testimonies, encouragement, targeted training, information and
FUN! Pastor Felipe Vazquez from Mexico City (and his family) will be joining us and will be sharing some really interesting new
developments in the ministry of El Puente Mexcio and in the churches we serve there. Additionally, Pastor Gilberto Osorio and Pastor
Ramon Fuentes, both from the border area, will participate with us, as well as some of the congregation of the Manantial Church in
Naco. You also will have opportunity to interact with those of us who serve in leadership of El Puente Norte. This is an event that you
will not want to miss—and we are sending you this invitation, so that you can put it in your calendar. Please consider joining us.

November 14-16. Friday evening, all day Saturday and for those who can stay, Sunday morning for worship
together at the church.
A What is the cost?
We have yet to work out details on the total cost—the cost will be minimal. As we see how many of you
participate with us, we will have a better idea of total cost, and we will let you know.
A Give me a few specifics about what we will do.
We are working on the agenda yet, but among some of the things we will be learning and doing:
1.The state of the churches we work with in Mexico—Hearing
from our Mexican partners
2.Church-to-Church Partnerships—How to effectively
work together cross-culturally
3.Team training (Facilitator training for team leaders)
4.Specific ministry skill training
Again, friends, we hope you can join us. Please let us
